GW2G Account Problem(Cant login so I can't post there)

Ok, first let me say sorry for posting here but I can't seem to login to GW2 Guru otherwise I would ask there.


So my problem is, when i failed my password attempt 4 times I was like ok maybe I need to remake my account. So I tried, and it said my username(Songbringer) was not in use. However, it said my email was. Idk what to do other then create a random email and recreate my user account over there. If that is the easiest solution I don't mind but if there was something an admin could do to help I figured I would try that first.

You use the same email address and username on GWG & GW2G.

You are not in the Registered Users usergroup on GW2G because you did not confirm your email address, but I have switched you into the appropriate usergroup.

EDIT: Yea, I actually created an account on GWG2 after I made this post because I realised I used my random email adress that I made for stuff rather then my personal email. So when trying to recover my password and what not on GWG2 I was typing in my email and was just getting an error. I also happened to have forgot my password to that email address and I am on vacation so my paper with my email adress and password written down on it is at home. BUT Thanks!
