The title speaks for itself. But I'll elaborate it for a little bit.
Whatever weapon skins and armor skins one acquired in PvE, should also be freely unlockable in his PvP chars.

And what about people that only do PvP, and have no PvE character, should they be discriminated like that? I don't think so.

Actually, come to think of it, they should put them in Codex and only in Codex out those three, to draw more players to it. I could see that working to help make the format as much as an attractive pick-up-and-play as RA is. It's too dead otherwise. Due to the easy nature of entering RA (with any generic PvX build instead of players having to use their head), it would still attract casual players regardless of lesser rewards compared to CA (right now the rewards are the same but Codex is more effort than RA), but it might mean some people play CA too.

So? PvP only characters had to sport regular armor and weapons for years while PvE characters ran around in obby. They didn't complain either..
