Bind for flag setting?

Is there any way to set a keyboard bind to set a hero flag? When I'm trying to quickly move them around the map having to go up to the minimap to click on the flag and then back to where I need to place it can be a bit cumbersome at time. I looked through the bind options in game and didn't see anything like this.

In the Controls tab of Options, near the top of the list under this tab will have "Action: Command Hero 1/2/3" and also "Action: Command Party". These are where you can bind keys to hero flags.
