Daves WTB Thread (Inheret Vamp 1hand, War Supplies)

I'll be updating this whenever i need something.

Currently need:

One handed weapon (sword, axe) with an inherent -1 health degeneration/damage + x%. I don't care about the + damage mod, only want the -1 health. I'll buy any skin with this; prefer cheaper ones.
