Hard to say--the mixed mods really screw it, but its mods are pretty good. I'd say at least 30e, but with interest it could get much higher.

Slap it in High End and see how high it can get.

Yeah i would agree with Ex, it could get higher then 30e, and it would be useful to someone playing with water and air magic.
