Help,Improving My Rit Farmer Please

i use my rit to farm a lot and i was wondering if u guys could help me out, iv gotten a few tips by just searching around , but some opinions and some more advice / tips ect would be wonderful

one ? i have is it better to use wand and a off hand rather then a staff???
if so witch ones come to mind? iv never used the off hand and wand before

i use vwk and sos spirit spammer to farm at the moment

iv also use sos with heros to do dungeons alone works out ok but im wondering
if another build would be better to use, such as DwG or somthing

40/40 (wand and offhand, mods attitude not attitude, memory wrapping, focus core of aptitude and forget me not) is better than a staff for VwK due to the 40% half skill recharge change. (This goes for about any build with spells) As for SoS a staff can provide more energy, while a 40/40 set provides more painful bond (which you may or may not even have the energy for) I usually use my shieldset most of the time as SoS because I'm dumb and tend to get hit. ^^

For SoS, it really doesn't matter that much since you aren't really spamming skills. Yes, Painful Bond might recharge but it's like a 21 second hex, so I usually don't find that I want to recast it that much on a mob (and as was mentioned, it's expensive). Personally, I just use a 60 HP staff which gives me an excuse to run dual superior runes (I'm pretty good at staying out of harms way).

for sos painful bond is usually overkill. i use a max energy staff + health for when i get hit. i also run dual sup runes.
