i'll tell you this, yes it's hard to find one 
it took me a year to find 4x req 9 this axe, and what i payed for them varried from 5k to 20k.
it's a nice under valued skin and many people don't know it exists
this axe should get 15k-25~ (but it may take a long time cause nobody wants it )
so sell it at any price 5k or higher or just keep it on a hero ^^
