That plat staff is only worth like 150e~, at least based on the testimony of the last owner of one I saw. 20 Prot / Healing would have been worth quite a bit more.
That being said, Plat staves have, for some reason, been dramatically falling in price. They are without a doubt the second rarest staves (some would say rarest) to drop uninsc, but with the addition of Inscr ones and Staves of Purity, the skin isn't hard to get nowadays. For example, a while back, I bought a r10 20 20 Fire Plat staff for 300e, which I and most other Ele collectors considered a pretty good deal. Yesterday I bought the exact same staff for half the price. Evidently, demand has just plummeted on these beautiful and rare rare rare staves.

Plat staff 60-80e imo. Df but 20/20, q9, and a hawt skin.
EDIT: I got ninja'ed by expungenare who had a much higher estimate. But 80e at my top end would still be appropriate imo given the collapse of most collectible markets and the fact that DF is pretty much the least wanted attr
EDIT 2: good points salve, for sure. But unless you guys are the ones buying with a few exceptions for those regular gwg'ers who've yet to post, I dunno if it will go beyond 100e, if it passes 80e. Unfortunately, the ecto-laden lemmings who would plunk down 120e for a DF bds don't know the "true" value of this plat beauty. Sad but true imo.
