Ok so I decided I wanted to play again after quite a while but forgot my password, ok you might think so I contacted support, the reset password did not work. Now this other person asked for loads of details and I gave her what I could including all serials, this should of solved the problem and let me get my password so I can get back to playing.

However, this person then sent another email wanting my real name and address. I told them I would not hand that over because the details I gave them for anything real when I signed up were fake so would not prove useful. I only give real details when using a credit card. This person then sent another email saying a senior member would get back to me and never did.
I have sent several other emails regarding my account and got no response. It has been almost 3 weeks now and i'm getting pissed, I can't talk to them and can't get into the forums there because I can't remember my damn account details, it's been over 3 years now, who would remember that.

I don't know if this is the right place to put this or not but I want them to see this and get in contact with me, they got no right ignoring me and not letting me play MY game which I PAID for.

While I can understand you're very upset over not being able to access your account, you still need to drop this attitude. The fact is that ArenaNet actually DOES have the right to ignore you and not let you play the game. The user agreement you have to agree to in order to start playing for the first time explains this pretty well, but to paraphrase it, ArenaNet owns all rights to the players' accounts and they have the right to terminate your access if they want to and are not required to tell you why.

Now, I would recommend you email them again (using the same support ticket, opening multiple tickets will just slow down service for other users) and ask that they look over your case again. It may be that it is sitting in a pile of other emails and they just haven't gotten to it yet.

And just to be clear, there is nothing that anyone on this site can do. This is a community forum run by members of the community, not ArenaNet.

Your best bet is to try contacting support again. Issues such as this can't be handled in any way on this forum.
