Full Winds of Change Needed

Looking for all Winds of Change quests completed from start the finish. Not sure what price is fair but looking for these qualities...

-knowledgeable
-speedy
-little to no wipes
-skill
-carry the team

I will be an elementalist.

Either a flat rate per quest that would average to what you expect for the entire chain or a list of quests with prices if you want to vary the price per quest.

I don't really play this game anymore, so you will need to tell me a time to meet on-line Pacific zone is my time.

What about 5k per quest normal mode and 8k per quest hm?
This would be done in normal mode first.
