The pic I see is a gold 16 ar r10 Tactics Ornate Shield with 10vFire and -2wE.

IMO, this one starts a decent bid war. 10vFire / -2wE cannot be duplicated with an inscription shield, and that's a popular combination of mods for folks tanking with SF sins in places where there's fire damage ... Kathandrax SC teams spring to mind. The skin is also popular enough and fairly rare, as shield skins go.

I suspect that's easily 100k+. I'm sorry but I don't know how + Hopefully you get more help.

i would agree with raptors, this is nice shield it could break 30e easily anything above that you're golden
