If tactics, I think 10-15k

8/15 tactics shields are not really wanted. If it's gold, it might get some interested and fetch up to 20k, but if it's blue, i'd just merch it. If it's not tactics, merch straight away.

Monks in PvP usually go /W for a defensive stance, from Tactics. So they invest some points in that attribute either way, and may get up to 7-8 Tactics to get full bonus from the shield.

Why are q8 tactic shields more coveted?
I habitually merch anything tac.

GvG monks with 8 tactics get 15 armor instead of 8.
