Possible bug with "Can't Touch This!" ??

I was vanquishing the Northern Shiverpeaks with my Paragon, using "Can't Touch This!" against the Trample skill of the Modniirs. With a high enough Command attribute, it should block the next 3 or 4 uses of any touch skill. However, I noticed that it would block the first use of trample, but if a different Modniir used Trample I was knocked down. The "Can't Touch This!" icon was still in my effects bar, so I dont think it was already used up. Can someone else test this and see if its working as designed, or am I just missing something?

Despite what the skill description says, "Can't Touch This!" only works on party members, so if you have any pets or summons or any other allies around that get touched, it will still knock down you and your party members down if you are adjacent to the ally.
