Just wondering, ballpark, how much this goes for.

Is it tactics or strength?

I would guesstimate 100eish. Again just a guesstimate. Get more opinions.

I'm far from pro at PCing inherent shields with "good" mods like that, and yours does look quite nice. But the above 100e guess strikes me as too high.

I'd think it would be an easier sell as r13 str than r13 tact, but I think that 13 is likely to turn a lot of buyers off.

Forced to guess, I'd think closer to 20e-ish tops than 100e-ish. Of course, mine is just a guess, too!

Mods are cool but I think 100 may be a little much for a 13. I'd shoot for 50-60e but I'm not an expert on outcast shields.

hp30 and 10vs XX is a really rare and useful combo nowadays(esp. lightning)
i'd say 100e is possible , even for req.13
