As the title says, looking for a price check on a Wooden Buckler to see if it's hero fodder or not:

AR 16 (r10 Tactics)
Health +60 (while Hexed)
Received physical damage -5 (19% chance)

Both mods are inherent.

First impression I got is to merch it, mods are meh together, skin is whatever. Get some more opinions though

I'd agree it's likely a merch-5k kind of thing, so probably best for a hero if you like it. +60wH shields aren't particularly popular or easy to find buyers at any price, and the non-max second mod will leave this one not especially appealing to collectors I suspect.
