V3B mode User CP and Mutliquote

I was wondering if anyone was having issues with the User CP in Windows IE (XP). I don't get the About Me, Statistics etc tabs when I'm in Guild Wars V3B skin but when I go to the default mode they show up (but wow that's ugly lol)

Also Multiquote is not working for me using Chrome or Mozilla or IE in the V3B mode but it does work in the default mode.

Is there anything I can do or should I just switch?

Here's a non-helpful answer: I've always had the same problems.

I'll contact the "appropriate" people to see if there's anything they can do to fix this, because it's not been working for quite some time.
