Full Guild Hall Auction - Winning Bid: One Totem Axe + One Red Dye

So, I've discovered that it's nearly impossible to sell guilds in this game. Yes, I know, it's a real shocker.

Thus, I've decided since it's very unlikely I'll even get the cost of a single merchant upgrade out of a sale (each merchant upgrade is 100k, and there's an auction listing for a guild posted at 100k that hasn't had any bids since being posted way back in December), I do want be able to join a guild that actually does things, and I don't want to just throw it away, I'm going to do something interesting with this sale, and turn it into an auction that has the potential to be very entertaining. To me, anyway.

The rules of this auction are as follows:
1) No conventional bids. That means no cash and no ectos. Zkeys are okay, because let's be honest, when was the last time you ever bought or sold something with those? Armbraces are fine, but if the bidding ever gets that high I'll give a free beer to everyone who posted in this topic. (Limit 1 per username)
2) You can bid anything you like, but it doesn't necessarily mean I'll consider it to be of higher worth. I'll check in here once a day or so to see how the bidding's going, and update the first post with whatever I consider the most valuable from what's been offered so far.
3) Services can be used to bid, but I'm a bit less likely to accept those than goods.



The name of the guild for sale is Light Arch Of Heroes, tag [LAH]. It's currently Kurzick, and has 50-100k faction points due to the previous double faction weekend. It has all of the upgrades already installed. The style of the guild hall is Isle of Solitude.

I can't pay the 10 zkeys. My account has been hacked so I have no access what so ever to my account. Guild Wars is refusing to help me take my account back.
