PC q8/AL16 Tatics Tall Shield

Just looking for a price check on a blue, inscribable Rq8/16 Armor Level Tactics Tall Shield. I don't know a lot about the low req market, so just looking for some idea of what it might be worth. Someone in LA said it's not even worth 30k since it's blue, but I dunno.

if it's blue and insc I bet you can get 60-70k~ (more or less)
8/16 shields are still wanted, I've seen crappier skins (round shield, wooden buckler) go for 50k
Great conches the most common 8/16 shield goes for around 40k
