Looking for webdesigner

Hey,

I'm looking for a someone who wants to create a 1-paged (guildwars themed) webdesign.
(For now) all the content that needs to be on it is: http://gw.ruurtjan.com/
All I need is a .psd, so no web knowledge is needed
I'd be willing to pay 100-250k, depending on the effort it took.

Hey, this looks like something fun ^^ *is a webdesigner in the making*

The web program that website uses (knights one ) is joomla and if memory serves me correct is a forum program - unsure if its pay or free .

What purpose do you want it for?
Guild/Alliance page, personal page, etc...?

Sounds like fun, maybe i will try to do something as well.
