First one is Vizunah Square, Local Quarter.

Your other picture appears to be the Vizunah Square Local Quarter mission outpost. You need to partner with a Canthan made character doing Mayham in the Market to enter.

Your best bet is to try the Explorer's section instead of posting in General for Carto stuff:
