Basically I need a map of all the HM zones that needs vanquishing. Been trying to find it but can only find NM maps.

Um, all PVE zones can be vanquished. You determine which ones need it by toggling on HM then bringing up your world map. While in HM the un-vanq'ed zones are underlined in red. Those that you've cleared are underlined in gold.

As pointed out above, in Prophecies pretty much all the areas you see on the NM maps are the same ones you need to vanquish. In HM all zones still needing to be vanquished will have a red glowing helmet over the area. Once the vanquish is done, the helmet changes to gold.
Also, you can keep track of how many areas in a given campaign you have left to vanquish (although not which exact areas) in your Hero menu (use the H button). There are title tracks for each campaign -- Tyrian Vanquisher, Canthan Vanquisher, etc. and they count how many areas you have to go and how many you've finished.

or maybe he's asking because he hasn't entered every explorable area and wants to see what he's missing? if he hasn't entered the area, there isn't going to be any helmet telling him.
in any case you could always use the wiki's vanquish page and check each area

I believe the Wiki's Map section does have variations with HM VQ zones available?
Edit: The VQ page on the Wiki actually has them listed by campaign:
