Japanese Guild Maker

I'm looking for someone who can make me a guild and a tag using Japanese Characters. I am willing to pay 15e and the desired guild name/tag is as follows:
戸A戸E尺L工O刀S [戸L]
I'm not too sure how it works, but I would like an upper case A,E,L,O and S in the name and an upper case L in the tag. If this is unable to be done please PM me in game and tell me that it can not be done. But if you can do this please leave a message here or PM me in game. Thanks
