It can never be 40/40 prot, but I'm under the impression that 40% casting doesn't matter so much for protection anyhow. Still, dragon staff, r9 and 20% on a desired attribute. Several hundred ecto. 300-500e+

Um, just fwiw, there are no Prophecies of Factions loot-drop staffs that come in Protection req. ... at all, ever. In terms of functionality, yeah - it might be a limitation. In terms of collectibility, a DF req Dragon Staff with inherent 20HCT Prot is the most desirable possibility for a "protection dragon staff."

I have no idea how to PC that, but I'm sure it gets A LOT of interest and starts a serious bid war. Don't rush into selling it.

ye, its a shame they can't come in prot(making the staff useless for pvp usage)

I can see collectors slitting each others throats for this one.. Impossible to say tbh, the bid war will be... quite a war..

I'm usually captain lowballer on such things but after having ran 1000's of chests in dragon staff territory and only getting two ....EVER. And only one of those a q13 20/10 . I can attest to the rarity of such an item coming in q9 20/20 and desired att mix. So yes hopefully someone will come along and plop down the 3 ecto stacks + that this beautiful specimen deserves.
