normally I would say treat it like a monomod as -3/hex is pretty useless. But considering the skin and req, plus it is a perfect 2nd mod this shield may be worth more to a collector looking to finish off a set. I'd say this might have quite the range from 5-20e depending upon interest. gl and hth
