Need a PC for a friend who just got this



Any thoughts?

Interesting mix as those mods would be intuitively symbiotic and coupled with a low q and killer skin it would seem as though this shield would be fairly valuable. However, the caster shield market values the unconditional health mod (+30) in highest regard with perfect st/en/hex to follow and req typically doesn't matter too much BUT skin does greatly. So with all that said, being that this is 3 off a perfect but unwanted mod, I would value this shield at merch to about 10-15k depending upon interest. Gl and hth
