Hey I was just wondering if anyone knows if i could still stay on the rings and receive the bags/summoning stone or if i have to be near where the dragon shows up.

As long as your district full fills the demands of all the chiefs, then yes you can get the event rewards while standing on the rings.

I just woke up on 9 rings, have 2x red bags and 1 x lion mask in inventory.

If you do 9 rings in a sponsored district you will get 16 red gift bags, 5 celestial summoning stones, 5 crates of fireworks and a mask.

I know our alliance is sponsoring EE10 (DLRR) and ID7 (Phi), but if you check "missions" via party search you may see more sponsors mentioned there.

and you will get a mask...EACH TIME the finale goes (4 and counting...really do wish they would fix that).
