Code: 227 - Unable to login / new player, 2nd time logging in.

I purchased the complete collection and installed the game.

This morning (Feb 8) I am unable to login. I type my characters name correctly (%100 sure) and I did the password reset twice just to make sure I was not making any mistakes.

My question is: is the server up at the moment? the ncsoft account site was under maintenance so I am suspicious if there was a downtime or something.

If not any idea why I cannot log on?

If you have entered everything properly like this

and you still cant login in contact support for help make sure you have all game keys at hand
have a look there too for any hints and tips but main tip is contact support

EDIT: if you have reset the password this might sound dumb but are you linked to the ncsoft master acc if so check your email address and spam folder and follow the link to reset the password

Any time hope you can log in this time around as I've been thinking sometimes sneaky hackers could of hacked ya
