Just go to the menagerie and give the lady there 15 gold z coins. I got one on my ranger today and leveled it up to 20 with balth. faction. You don't need a license.

You shouldn't spend more than 30e for a Panda License. 1 gold z coin= 2 ecto. 15 gold z coins = 30e. Just buy the z coins and do it that way. much faster.

cheaper way to buy a panda is to sell 80 silver coins at 2k each. then buy regular flames of balthazar at 2k each. if you have 80k faction cap or more.

80 silver is only 8 gold coins. you saved 7 gold coins.

If you talked to Helena as I suggested, you'll see you can also unlock them with ZCoins or Balthazar faction.

The faction is the easiest and cheapest way for those that already have at least 7 ranks among all their pure-PvP titles. Even if you only get the faction with Zaishen Elite farming, that's still just 14 days.
gZCoins is the easiest for the rest.

Played all of WoC today, Spent my tear on the staff, then my commendations on 5 lockboxes, Party Beacon, 3 Tengu Flares, Battle Island Iced Tea, Claw of the Whispered, MINIATURE ECCLESIATE XUN RAO!WOOWOWOOWOWOOOO! Just sold it for 86 E's, the most money i've ever had!

I've been moaning for ages that never once have I had the rarest drop, never a froggy, or a voltaic, or BDS. Now I can stop moaning and be a rich nab! WOOOH

That has nothing to do with trading though, simply looking at the things you can get with a gold zcoin is more then enough to figure out it's worth significanty more then a zkey. At least not for a person with above average intelligence.

I (me and my heroes) used a Tengu Summons in the FoW (NM) to test 'em out, and they pretty much obliterated everything in their path. Using one summons cut about 15 minutes off my time. Seriously OP for NM, in my humble opinion. But, you don't always get the same set of chickens when you summon them, so it may be that some sets are stronger than others. And yeah, kinda sucks that they don't appear in the party window. (Oversight by A-Net????)

Can someone explain the rewards? I'm doing quests in HM, but only getting 1 imperial guard req now. Do we need to do in NM and then HM? I'm starting Ever Closer to the Edge and should have 6, but 3. Unless I'm missing something.

There are actually two different quest - you have to take and do the nm version first and then the hm version (the hard mode version will have some red text at the beginning of the description when you get it). Just taking the quest the first time and doing it in hm won't change the rewards.

Thx. I got the quest for cleansing the Shenzen Tunnels HM after I finished in the whole thing in nm. Do the quests go in order? I mainly want the HM quests with the rare mat rewards and imp reqs for the imperial boxes. What I'm asking is will I be able to do all the quests in HM now and get rewarded.

Actually, after opening 60 or so boxes, I'd rather get the big 50 point consumables than yet another duplicate of a green I'll never use. Beacons/cake/tea are a lot easier to sell for some spare change. I'm not complaining though, I got a Reiko in the last dozen I opened.
