The skin is nice and certainly isn't the sort of thing that PC would call unpopular. I don't think they're considered nearly as rare nor are they nearly as prized as skins like Echovald, though. a Sell thread here which sold to the highest bid of 100k when no one took the 20e buyout I set for it up front after a few days. I'd say our two shields have about equally marketable skins, but the Tactics req on mine
might be a little more appealing to buyers than the Strength req. on yours. Were that mine to sell today, I'd have a reserve of maybe ... 30-40k
(mine started with 20k reserve, but you can probably safely go higher) and a buyout either where mine sold or maybe more like 20e again.
3. noninsc max gold r11 Strength Embossed Aegis, +45wE / -2wE
I haven't nearly enough experience in the market for inherent shields with dual max "normal" mods like that. I've met a couple players who gush over inherent shields with those matched wE mods, but I haven't enough feel for this one to guess how they might value this particular skin and r11 Strength. Hopefully you get more help to go by - the best I can offer is don't rush into selling this one until you're more sure of the market.

With that combination of mods, I doubt you get much interest at all even though it's "dual inscription." Were that mine to sell, I would have reserve at about 2k and buyout at about 10k and simply be happy if it sold for anywhere in there. If there are a lot of problems with disease in the current meta in situations where there's no reliable condition removal, my guess could be way off and the functionality offered here might wind up looking pretty good to multiple interested bidders. I don't know enough about meta to say for sure, but I rather doubt such a situation exists where you'd not have condition removal nearby and be safe switching to this shield instead of your 10vX shield.
2. noninsc max gold r9 Storm Artifact, 9v Dragons / +29
There are some collectors around who might like that one, so I would give it a chance to sell. I wouldn't go into it with higher than 2k reserve and maybe 5-10k buyout tops.
1. max gold r9 Strength Outcast Shield, -5/19 / 10v Demons
Ok, well a -2wE / 10vDemons Outcast shield would easily sell for well into the XXXe range these days I think. In the situations they use them, figure -5/19 results in slightly less than half the overall damage reduction they get from -2wE. And it's got nowhere near the curb appeal for being a 1-off version of not-as-drool-inducing rpd mod. The PC I know for a 10v Demons / -2wE Outcast comes from
this post of Bright Star Shine's in late Jan. 2012; it's 750-1000e. If you want a buyout to start with up front for this one here, figure it's maybe reasonably 10% the fair market value of the "ideal" mentioned there and aim for 75-100e? I wouldn't go into it with a reserve nearly that high, but I'm not exactly sure how to tell you a number that is "too low" to sell this one.
