I believe I sold my 15^ench q8 Shadow bow for 30k (ended up holding on to it for more than a year), ench mods aren't particularly wanted and 13^ench is ways away from 15^ench... Personally I'd either merch or just hang on to it.
Wouldn't expect much if ur trying to sell

yeah there is no way ur going to get 50-60k for a non max ench modded shadow bow (non max as in 13^ench). The thing with this one is the ench mod is especially not wanted for bows and the skin is common/ undesirable
Edit: I posted earlier about me selling a 15^ench for 30k, I sold it for 30k recently and it took me over a year to get rid of it

I would not recommend merching that AT ALL!
As mentioned, the 13wE (like the r8 on max bow) does not drop on gold text anymore. Just because not everyone wants such "prebuff" stuff does not make it merchfood. There are! collectors of just that kind of thing around, and it's not like there's a huge supply available for them to buy today.
The non-max prebuff sundering string might also be interesting to collectors of weirdness separately.
I think it's next to impossible to guess PC for this ahead of time. The best you can do is figure a reserve which you are comfortable with, then post it up for bids and see what kind of interest you get.
Were that bow mine to sell today and I had no better info to go by than my own best guess, I would ...
- use perfect salvage kit to take that string off.
- list a thread offering both the bow and the string for separate bids.
- I would have a reserve/starting bid of maybe 25-35k for the bow and 5-10k for the string.
- I would let it run at least a week to see if it struck more than one not-super-active-checks-Guru-every-day collector as interesting, then sell to whoever offered the most.
I would not merch it! Not without trying to find the string and the bow homes in current collections at least a few times. Is it a guarantee that you'll easily get 100k+, 500k+, whoknowshowmuchk+ for this? No, certainly not. But there's the possibility it could happen, and I don't think it's a bad idea to risk "wasting your time" seeing if it does.
I recently had a WAY easier time selling a max gold r8 13^50 Spatha for 70k the first time I tried than I did selling a max gold r8 15wE Spatha for 40k ... which took three tries to find an interested buyer IIRC. I do not recommend you give up on this one without trying!
Cheers & GL!
PS - while it's your decision in the end, I really advise against selling this to private offers before you put it up for public bids. A lot of people lurk PC forum here. There are a lot of different opinions about what is and isn't fair game. I think it would be a mistake to assume that the only people interested in this thing would see it here and send you some kind of PM. Some people will, some people feel that's shady or underhanded and would not. But that second group might well be watching and waiting to post offers in your Sell thread. Just saying!
