1. inherent 15^50 r9 Chaos Axe
I think you're lucky to get 40kish for these lately, and you may have to be prepared to settle for more like 20kish if you expect to sell it fast. Axes haven't been too popular for a while (that may be starting to change, but I've not yet seen enough signs to trust it's more than just random variation.) I've watched r9 15^50 inherent Chaos Axes sit for weeks with 40-50k prices without moving at all in recent months.
2. insc. r9 Zodiac Sword
A buddy of mine does a lot of Deep and Urgoz runs. I'm not positive I'm remembering this correctly, but I *think* they recently told me that they sell insc. r9 Zodiac Swords for 60k. Knowing this player like I do, that's probably a wait-for-the-right-buyer kind of price than a sell-it-cheap-to-sell-it-fast kind of price.
3. insc. r10 Wyvern Blade
I recently had an r11 one to try to sell for a friend. After at least a couple weeks of having it listed for sale, I didn't find any buyers even interested in haggling with me over the 6k b/o price I picked. I think you count yourself lucky if you can sell an r10 one for 10k ... or at all. There aren't tons around for sale, but there seem to be even fewer players looking to buy them.
4. insc r11 DF Topaz Scepter
You can check the OP and replies in the Rare Insc. PC Guide here, as Topaz Scepters are listed. Most players these days buying fancy skins shy away from anything higher than r9, so I'm not sure how much work you'll face finding a buyer interested in r11 no matter what PC you find for it in the end. Just a heads up there.
5. insc. r10 Tetsubo Hammer
It may prove tricky to find an interested buyer. Once you do, I'll take a very shaky guess that 5-10k area is a fair price. (Sorry, I don't follow the market on most of the insc. stuff like this which can be had with insc. only from zChest-type limited sources especially close.)
6. insc. r9 Tactics Emblazoned Defender
I'm thinking 10-15k is about where these are lately, but I'm not sure.
7. r10 Strength Darkwing Defender
Use a perfect salvage kit to get the +30 off and it should be pretty quick and easy to find a buyer in Kamadan to give you 3-5k for it. The other day, I sold an r11 Str. Darkwing Defender for 20k without much work. I had an r9 Str. version that I couldn't sell for 50k, but I had a couple 40k offers on before that. I would think your r10 there should be about 30kish.
8-9. r12 Smiting insc. Frog Scepter and Celestial Compass
Sorry, no idea about either beyond telling you to check that Rare insc. PC guide thread here. I know they list both those skins.
