I'd guess it's worth something, yeah. I'm not sure how much to tell you though.

There seems pretty good interest in inherent shields in general lately. Stone Summit Shields have never seemed as in-demand as Summit Warlord Shields, but I think the skin does have its fans out there. There certainly doesn't seem to be anything like an oversupply of them around for sale.

With those mods, I'm guessing this is probably not merchfood but probably not the sort of thing that sparks a huge bid war either. I really doubt it's anywhere near 100k+ fair market value. Were it mine to sell, I think I'd try a reserve of maybe 10-20k. If I needed a buyout price to list up front, maybe ... 30-40k?
