PC - Ornate +10vs Demons

Hi there!
So, in the picture I see r9 Strength max gold "Ornate Shield" with 10 vs. Demons and +42stance (in that order.)
In my admittedly rather limited experience with the current market for 10vDemons shields, I see the following aspects as pros and cons with the majority of the current 10vDemons market ...
So all that above, I hope, explains how I'm looking at your shield there and trying to guess reasonable prices to tell you. I don't think it's merchfood, and there are certainly folks out there who might like it for reasons other than use in DoASC meta. I just think this one might take you some time and effort to find interested buyers at all.
Anything like this is pretty hard to guess PC for ahead of time in my experience. Were that mine to sell today, I think I would go into it with a reserve around 20-30k and maybe 75kish buyout (if I wanted/needed a number to start with for buyout.) I would predict than any amount much more than that would take too much effort and/or extraordinarily good luck to get for that one.
It's just my best guess - I could be wrong! Hopefully you get some more input to use when making your decision.
Cheers & GL!
EDIT - reading all the replies below ...
Clearly someone thinks my guess at reserve is far too low. It could be, sure! Having seen other vDemon / hp in stance shields sit around bump after bump without much interest in the past, I remain unconvinced that it's wise to advise anyone to go into selling this one feeling it's a guarantee that it will easily sell for <however much more the other guesses are.> You could try selling it in a more open-ended, "best offer wins, no set buyout" format, sure. In such a case, I would recommend you make something about reserve and/or timeline obvious up front. I get the impression that totally vague "Post your offers. If I feel like selling it in a while I'll let y'all know when I like the price," approach some sellers take winds up costing them a lot more buyer interest than they may realize. But it's your choice how to go about selling it.

- Ornate Shield is probably a pro, as that skin seems to have a lower supply than demand. However do realize that the demand for Ornate Shields does not seem nearly as high as skins like Echovald and Bladed, for example.
- r9 is nice, but I think it would be more marketable with any req. Tactics instead of Strength. I am told (and it could be utter tripe, but it made sense when I heard it) the DoASC folks like any req. Tactics shields better than Strength because they have the flexibility to go /W and use cons to boost Tactics up to r13 if needed, giving them the full armor from a Tactics shield. Since there aren't lots of primary Warriors in DoA meta, strength req. shields are not as useful to the majority of buyers.
- +hp in stance, like Strength req., is not likely to be considered all that useful with the majority of DoA players these days - they don't use stances in the situations they need Demon shields (at least not much.) I'm told the most useful second mods for the DoA meta folks are -2wE and +45wE. It's not that they can't possibly use a shield with a different second mod; it's just that other second mods will not be as interesting nor look as useful. And since +42stance is three points off max, it loses even more appeal.

If people wanted usefull demon shields they'd simply grab a green one. ^^ I'd just make an auction and see what happens, then set a BO when I get a feeling for it.

huuum... guys?? pls dont PC if you have no idea what your talking about. Green demon shield are +30hp +10vs demons.. so +42 +10vs demons is already a big improvement since the trench tanks uses shadow of haste (stance).. and btw.. the real sought out after demon shields are either +45 enchanted +10 vs OR -2 enchanted +10 vs. I have no idea myself on the price that one can reach but it's definatly not worth 30k and it wouldnt be a hard sell either. just put it up in the auctions and see what kind of interest you get.
edit: oh and the req str/tactics doesn't matter since it's only going to be used in doa and nobody will try to meet the req of a shield cause it's a waste of points. your bonded by the Emo remember? so +8 armor that you will get from meeting the reqs won't many any difference.

uhm. req does matter for the value, also certain people prefer tact over strength and are prepared to pay more. q8>9>10 etc..
also, since this is 3 off, it hugely affects the price, also since its stance.
it is true people that do doasc are usually rich. but people getting started usually aren't and still want to show off so i can see this get up to 50-60k for the skin, but don't count on it.
besides, stance hp can be terrifying in trench so people tend to stick to ench anyways and people usually start buying these when tanking.

I agree that req will affect the price ALOT but not in the way that bunny is speaking. (people putting points in strenght and tactics respectively)
