PvE: New player, looking for active mature guild

Hello people,

I recently bought GW (all 3 campaigns +EoTN) and I am having the time of my life, wish I had discovered this game a couple of years back

Anyway, I am 32 years old and a veteran MMO player, having played mostly anything that's been around, but most of my time spent on WoW (some 6 years). I am an experienced mature gamer, always open to suggestions, willing to learn. Have been in progression guilds in WoW for many years, raid leaded and/or filled an officer position in all of them.

I would like to find a guild that's first and foremost filled with mature people Also really important, I would like a guild with active people, I like to have some company around on my gaming hours

I am in the process of discovering the game atm, currently playing a lvl17 R/W, going through prophecies. Planning to finish all the campaigns in release order and then work on the rest of the admitedly TONS of stuff available out there and eventually tackle some of the HoM rewards in preparation for GW2.
