Command lines on Compaq
Der Engel Soldat
Hello, it's been quite some time since i've been on not having a computer to play. Right now i'm on a compaq notebook and i'm trying to use the command line -image. Not having any luck, any help as a way to open up this option or alternative to download?

Afaik error 004 only happens when you mistype your id, password and/or character name at login screen.

The image is too small to make out any details, and I can't see where you've put "-image".
So, here's what I'd suggest. Find your GW folder using Windows Explorer - the default location would be C:\Program Files\Guild Wars or C:\Program Files (x86)\Guild Wars.
In that folder, locate "gw.exe" - the ".exe" part may be hidden.
Right-click on gw.exe and select "Send To" and then "Desktop (Create shortcut)".
That will put a link on your desktop. Right-click on the link and select properties. In there you'll find a Target line that says something like:
"C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\gw.exe"
change it so it says:
"C:\Program Files\Guild Wars\gw.exe" -image
Save it and run it. Take the -mage out after it's done if you want to use the shortcut to launch GW normally. NOTE - the "-image" must be outside the quotes (as above).
