They're certainly not common, but I don't see a lot of buy spam for them either.
If you just want to sell as fast as possible, try 5-10k. (Anything below that, I *think* you're better off using a measure for measure inscription and salvaging for granite.) If you want to hang onto it until you find someone looking for this specifically, I don't think 20-30k is outrageous considering how rarely they're offered for sale.
