Fixed text bugs in several skill descriptions, clarifying functionality.

It only took over 4 years for PvP-only accounts to be able to create a guild, ya know, for GvG.
Still can't have that guild join an alliance without access to the PvE part of Factions.

It would be neat if you could join an alliance if you at least had the Factions unlock pack.
Hm... I wouln't mind having a comprehensive list of all skill descriptions changed.
It will take a while checking all of them one by one in the Wiki.

One of the things ANet is literally horrible at is explaining what they updated, what they changed, how they changed it, why they changed it etc.
I was disappointed in seeing this, the update seemed quite large so was hoping for Imperial Weapons in HoM, Hero statues for Keiran and WoC-companions or, at the very least, some bug fixes that are more useful than this.

IMHO Imperial weapons I doubt will be getting added to the HOM for kind of obvious reasons along the lines of why Keiran Thackeray has not been added yet for a hero, if they were to add them to the HOM then you would gain nothing for doing it since we already have the points locked to the Destroyer/Tormented/Oppressor weapons.
Other than that yeah any update is an update be grateful we still get any at all.
