i'd say 30-50eish due to q9 and echowald and nice, but imperfect mods

30-50e for echo is too much imho
I'd aim around 10-15e, two imperfect mods and the second one is not very usefull (-5/19%)

I know it not "usefull", but it might be Satin's shield
