I'd hold on to the Sup. Vigor until you get some more opinions, its the nerfed one if I'm not mistaken, and I think it'd be worth well over the regular Sup. Vigor price.

crysta I agree with Olle, get like 50k at most form someone who really wants a cheap crysta

staff, someone might be willing to give you 5-15k for it if they are just dead set on having all OS stuff for their heroes, but I see no special value in it.

really neat rune there, haven't seen one in ages... sorry I can't help you with the price there
