PvE skill swapping out of combat?
PulseReaction
Seeing as this feature is present on GW2, could it work on GW1?
Basically, when out of combat, you could press K and swap skills and attribute points. It could even be limited to tweaking - no assigning points to attributes that didn't have any points in first place.

Then it really has no purpose..
you could limit it to not highend areas
then to the other areas where people farm.
but people would farm other places to farm with the new switch,
therfore devs would shorten the list eaven more untill we can use it only in <lvl2 areas.

Why exactly would you want this feature anyway?
Wielder Of Magic
I don't think that it would be a good idea.
It would defeat the entire mechanic of team building.
Since you could simply adjust your skills for each mob you would encounter.
You would always have the perfect counter for each mob, and you would no longer have to think of builds to deal with several situations at once or what skills to bring.
It would not promote skillfull play.

This has been mentioned before.
The farming potential would be massive.
Cufrently the different builds enemies have hinder farming.
Allowchanging builds, even if it was swapping between just two builds, and people would bring runner and farming builds, and alternate them to overfarm like crazy.
As much as I'd like this. I think we'll have to wait to GW2.

I remember when you could do this, with refund points, and people hated them. The current system is much better.

GW1 is built on system that would be ruined if this was added.

This is a terrible idea. The whole idea behind GW1 is that your team makes a teambuild for a specific area and try to work together in order to do whatever you set out to with the current team build.
If you used this system it would ruin team play completely because in GW1 all the team members have a specific role, if you allowed people to change roles in the middle of combat it would make it too easy to carry a team on one person.
GW2 is designed for the kind of gameplay where people can switch up what they're doing instantly but GW1 is not.

notsigned, it's a game breaking function. No-one would bring a rez skill, if they can just switch one out whenever someone dies.
