End of Nightfall Help plz

Hey everyone. I've been on and off playing GW1 for a while now. I have a 20 Dervish. Im all the way to Uncharted Territory in the Realm of Torment with only needing help on about 2-3 missions. I feel I probably have a horribly Hero setup. I am struggling at this point in the game. Usually every other pull my whole party is wiped. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Note: Im currently using a Grenth spec i found online last time I was playing.
