Can't give you an exact price but a required 9 Old School 15^50 chaos axe is easily 50-60k still (Just sold one for 50k after spamming my WTS message twice).
So your req. 8 could be worth a little bit. I hope someone can give you an better estimate than me.

A little high IMO. 70-80 should pull it up, at least thats what happened to mine about 3 months ago.
