PC Q9 strength eternal shield uninscript

Heey,
I want to know the price of this eternal shield,
its q9 strength -45hp/stance and +1 earth/20%

not seeing a full purpose for this, 15k?


1st of all ele t1 and t4 uses +10 vs earth.
2nd of all, early bumping results in closing the thread and chance of a ban

Ele t1, Ele t4 maybe?

15k is about right, should be able to double the price to the right collector.
