PvE: Looking for Non-Elitist SC Guild

I'm GWAMM and 49/50 HoM, so I SC for fun, not for money.

I'm currently LEARNING roles. I have a sin with all gear, a mesmer near-ready, a rit, ele, ranger.

My main roles so far are FoWSC MT and UWSC T4. As I'm currently practicing, I don't want a guild that's going to whine if I fail. When I do fail, I pay for the cons.

UWSC: LT*, T3*, T4*, E/Mo, SoS
FoWSC: UA, SoS, MT*, T1*, T2*

* Denotes a role I want to learn actively and will prefer later.

I am GMT-6 (CST), but my playing times currently vary.
