DDoSers Strike Again (February)

It has been known that during the February monthly automated tournament, many guilds have players hit with an extreme amount of "lag", causing them to not load in matches or unable to do anything during the match. This is no mere accident when 2 players from I Octobers Very Own I [OVO] cannot load into matches at the very last second before a match starts. Players from [yeey], [YOLO], and [vR] can't play a single battle during the mAT without a single player DCing. Other guilds has been affected too and I'm pretty sure of this.

This same incident happened around a year ago, with a guild called Dont Mess With The Serbian [Don] pulling the strings. The rumor is, the same person who did all the DDoSing had his ban unlifted, and is back to prevent others from playing and having fun in this game.

Thats better - if you hadnt noticed other week the dc`s were caused by a glitch which a lot of idiots decided to abuse and cause dists to dc.
Tbh your post is in wrong place and would probably be better on anets forum - no1 on here can do anything for you ( except adding to speculations ) .
Also with the problems i said at start - it seemed some idiots were claiming they had hacked gw etc when really they exploited an exploit

the exploit you talked about was already fixed by the monthly imo

That was a completely different issue.

As for OP, i don't really see what your purpose with this thread is. The quitter thread someone made on defending against it was good, further than that there's nothing Anet's gonna do. Money/time involved just isn't worth it.

I don't think it's really speculation - the timing associated with said DCs is a little too fortuitous.

With that being said, I also don't think there's anything positive this thread is going to accomplish - I'm sure PvEers are reading it and using it to justify their view of GvGers as elitist cheating scumbags.
