15-20e for that skin IMO but i'm a little out of touch with current 16/8 15/7 inscribable shield prices, so wait for another opinion.

Weird thing those Tall shields, most people don't like the skin for pvp. But I can tell you that there are people collecting Tall shields and specifically looking for these kind of req's.
I would not sell one of these for 50k or less. But also think 15-20e is a bit to high.

Aim around 10ecto~ fair price

Sold two of these, one in the forums here for 80k b/o quite fast, and the other in kama for 10e (around 90k at the time). Agree with Our Blood, 10e is where you should aim.
