So I am pretty new to guildwars. I am starting to run endgame stuff.
My question is, what are the common builds, skills and stuff to use for endgame?
I keep hearing things like "just use an st rit" or use a "sogm rit" What do these mean, what other common templates are there? that type of info would be really helpful for me.

You'll find everything you want to know there.
ST Rit= Soul Twisting Ritualist; generally implies a Ritualist who invests heavily into Communing and Spawning Power to utilize the spirits Union, Displacement, and Shelter for defensive purposes; can sometimes imply an offensive Ritualist looking to cast offensive spirits faster when Signet of Spirits and Signet of Ghostly Might have already been utilized in the team build.
SoGM Rit= Signet of Ghostly Might Ritualist; generally implies a Ritualist who invests heavily into Communing. Signet of Ghostly Might increases all of your spirits' overall damage output, and thus includes as many offensive spirits as possible, such as but not limited to, Shadowsong, Anguish, and/or Dissonance.

I'm just curious, "Pretty new to Guild Wars!" but a join date of 2005?

Use of search or indeed reading the PVE forums offers plenty of answers.
