PC on Q10 zodiac staff and Q9 exalted aegis

Hello, I would like a PC on both these items. The shield is probably merch food. Is the staff worthless since it is curses AND protection?

Don't merch ur zodiac staff! LicensedLuny likes and collects staffs with those stats, I can't promise anything, but give it a go atleast Here's the link to the buy thread (Usually don't want zodiacs, but if the combination is interesting, who knows eh? ^^)
