1) Q13 tac perf reinforced buckler
-2wE and +10 vs skeletons

2) Q12 str perf Plagueborn shield
-2wE and +10 vs ogres

3) Q10 str perf Shadow shield
-2/stance and +10 vs fire dmg

4) Outcast staff Q13 dom perf
20% HCT for communing spells
