GW reset password - unavailable?

Usual story, came back to GW after a long time, forgotten password.

The password reset link in the game client just gives the message: this service is currently not available, check the support forums. Of course, I can't actually post on the support forum either because I need my password to log in, and the 'forgotten password' link there directs you back to the game!

Anyways. I emailed their support address and hopefully will get a reply, but looking at the support forum, apparently the wait is a fortnight or so at the moment (!).

In the meantime, I'm curious - is 'reset password' broken for everyone?

I believe there was a thread somewhere that gaile posted in about it being currently down--but cant find it....will keep looking and update my post
